Hiking fitness is way to enjoy exercising outdoors. Walking and jogging types of exercise can help prepare you for this outdoor activity. It's an activity that requires being in shape enough to enjoy it. One approach you could take is to just take short hikes as you get into better condition. After you get yourself in better walking condition, you can gradually build up to actual hiking. You will enjoy hiking much more if you are physically prepared.It can be a fun way to workout. It can also be a fun social activity as well.
