Endurance Exercises: How To Improve Your Lung Capacity And Heart Rate

Endurance exercises can help to increase lung capacity and heart rate. The benefit would be to help delay or prevent diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and certain cancers. This type of exercise also helps to improve your ability to get a good nights sleep. Cardiovascular exercise in general improves your overall health and makes your other activities more enjoyable.
